Please customize the vacuum suction and cycle speeds according to your body's needs, as each woman is distinct. It is advisable to imitate your child's nursing pattern while using the pump, as a child's sucking pace tends to fluctuate during a feeding session.

Utilizing the massage mode is highly recommended for initiating your let-down reflex. It is advisable to engage in this mode before expressing milk. The duration required to achieve let-down can vary among individuals. While some mothers experience it within a mere 30 seconds, others may require a couple of minutes. Stimulating the let-down reflex can also be facilitated by gently massaging the breast. Once let-down is initiated and the milk starts flowing, it is recommended to switch to the expression mode. To effectively emulate the baby's nursing rhythm or find a pace that your body responds to optimally, it is suggested to adjust the pump cycle speed accordingly.

Please ensure that all components that come into contact with the breast and breast milk are disassembled. Rinse these components thoroughly with cool water. Proceed to wash each individual piece with warm, soapy water, followed by a final rinse with hot water. To dry, place the components on a clean paper towel and allow them to air dry. Once completely dry, proceed to assemble the pump. It is crucial to never wash the tubing as it does not come into contact with your breast milk. Additionally, it is important to avoid using a breast pump with wet tubing, as this could potentially damage the pump. In the event that the tubing becomes moldy, immediately discontinue use and replace it. Please note that the aforementioned guidelines are intended for healthy, full-term babies. If your baby was born prematurely, has a weakened immune system due to illness, faces other health challenges, or is currently hospitalized, it is advisable to follow the recommendations provided by the hospital and your child's healthcare provider.
