Warranty Claim Policy
1. Warranty Coverage:

Twin Flow, Solo Flow, and Muminity Aura products are covered by a 1-year warranty.
- The warranty covers only the electronic parts of the machine.
2. Warranty Limitations:
- The warranty is void if water or moisture enters the electronic machine or parts.
- The user manual clearly specifies the washable and non-washable parts; failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage to the motor caused by human wear and tear, voltage fluctuations, or the use of USB leads other than the one provided.
3. Battery Warranty:
- The battery's efficiency will degrade by approximately 3% every 2 months.
- Therefore, the battery is only covered by a 6-month warranty.
4. Warranty Claim Process:
- To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- Claims will be reviewed, and if eligible, repairs or replacements will be provided as per the warranty terms.
