7 Days Return & Exchange Policy

- Faulty Products:
- We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy for products that are faulty or have any faulty parts.
- If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange
2. Refund Limitations:
- The refund is void if water or moisture enters the electronic machine or Tube.
- The user manual clearly specifies the washable and non-washable parts; failure to follow these instructions will void the refund.
- The refund does not cover damage to the motor caused by human wear and tear, voltage fluctuations, or the use of USB leads other than the one provided.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions:
- We do not offer returns or refunds for low milk supply issues.
- We do not offer returns or refunds on any Breast Pump parts or accessories.
- We do not offer returns and exchanges on change of mind.
4. Packaging Requirements:
- The product must be properly packed in bubble wrap and include all original parts.
- Incomplete or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 15 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Product Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you wish to exchange a product that has no issues, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please note that while we offer exchanges for items of equal value, we do not cover any cost differences should you choose a higher-priced item. For a seamless exchange process, please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
7. Pre-Loved Products:
- No Refunds or Returns: All pre-loved products are final sale. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- 3-Day Checking Warranty:
We provide a 3-day checking period from the date of delivery.
During these 3 days, customers are responsible for fully testing the product's functionality.

If any major functionality issue (e.g., pump not turning on, suction not working) is found, customers must report it within this period by sending a clear video to our support team.

After the 3-day period, no claims, complaints, or service requests will be entertained.
Products (Non- Pre Loved) can only be returned if they are found to be faulty. Our team will verify the issue using a barometer (pump pressure testing meter) and other necessary quality checks.
If the product fails to pass the barometer test, a full refund (after deducting 18%) will be issued. However, if the product passes all tests and is confirmed to be functional, it will be sent back to you.
For your satisfaction, we will also share video proof of the testing process.
Note: As per the Government of Pakistan's regulations, an 18% GST will be deducted from the refund amount.
